Stress-Free Lodging:

Lodging here is like your dogs home away from home. When your dogs stays with us, they get treated as if they're our own. We have lots of love, hugs, playing & petting available throughout the day.

We are different than all the rest! Every guest has their own private indoor room/outdoor yard. They never have to wait for a human to let them outside for potty time and playtime because it's available 24/7.

We have accommodations for all sizes or their parents preference. Some of our guests get really spoiled and their parents upgrade their dogs to a larger size than they really need.

Nothing but the best for our guests.

Our dedicated staff loves spending time with your dogs. You can also request us to provide them with extra personalized one-on-one playtime in our expansive play yards.

Please note: We do not allow group play for dogs that are unfamiliar with each other.

Safety is our top priority. While we respect facilities that offer group play, we believe that managing multiple dogs from different homes, with varying rules and personalities, can present safety risks. It only takes a moment for disagreements to arise, and we prioritize the well-being of every dog and team member in our care. Safety first!

Requirements:

🦴 ALL OF OUR DOG GUESTS MUST be up-to-date on their DHLPP & RABIES vaccinations.

🦴 Puppies six months and older must have THREE rounds of DHLPP vaccinations along with rabies.

🦴 Puppies under four months old must have at least TWO rounds of DHLPP vaccinations.

🦴 New guest owners, you are required to pay at drop-off.

WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY DOGS WITHOUT PROOF OF THEIR VACCINATIONS.

This is for the safety of your dogs, other visiting dogs, and Linny's dogs.

* As far as parasites, (fleas, ticks, and worms) your pet must be free from all of them. If not, Linny's Kennel LLC will treat said dogs at the owner's expense.

WHAT TO BRING:

🦴 Up-to-date shot records.

🦴 Dog food in either zip lock bags or a seal-able container.

🦴 Something that smells like home to ensure comfort such as:

blanket, towel, t-shirt, and/or toy. Preferably things we can wash if

need be.

* Please DO NOT bring anything valuable. Sometimes dogs love to play tug-a- war with their neighbor and we would hate it if their favorite toy, bed, or blanket was destroyed.

Dog Food

$2 per dog, per day

Don’t want to bring food or forgot it at home? No problem — we’ve got you covered. We can provide your dog(s) with our quality Purina food during their stay.

Medication

$3.50 per dog

Medication fee applies each time medication is administered.

Potty Break

$10 per day

If your dog will not use their private outdoor yard for potty breaks, we will personally take them out to one of our larger yards several times a day.

Holiday Boarding

$10 Holiday Fee per dog applies on the holiday date only

This fee applies due to the extremely high demand during holiday periods and because our staff is compensated with holiday pay for working on these special days to care for your dogs.

Please note: Holiday reservations require a 3-day minimum stay.

After Hours Pick-Up / Drop-Off Fee

$25 per family

For those emergency times when you are unable to arrive during our regular business hours.

Holiday After hours fee

$45 per family

For those emergency times you can't make it during our regular hours.

In Heat

$10 per day

For female dogs that are already in heat or come into heat during their stay.

Geriatric or Medical Care Package

$25 per day

For our guests needing geriatric support, medications, or medical attention, this loving all-inclusive package provides the extra care they deserve.

Difficult Dog Care Fee

$25 per day

Everyone deserves a vacation. If your dog is difficult or does not do well with others, we may still be able to help. Linny and several of our trained staff members are experienced in safely caring for dogs that need extra handling and individualized attention.

Short Notice Cancellation Fee

$50 per family

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please call and let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee.

No Call / No Show Fee

$75 per family

Reserved space is held especially for your dog. If you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation and do not call to cancel, it will count as a strike under our 3-strike system. After 3 no call/no show reservations, future booking privileges may be denied.

Boarding charges are similar to human hotels — the day your pet checks in is considered the first day of boarding. Unlike many hotels, we do allow early check-ins. If you pick up your pet before 12:00 noon, you will not be charged for that day. Pick-ups after 12:00 noon will incur a full day of boarding charges.
